Certification and Care

Care instructions

With proper care, your jewellery will maintain its beauty and character for longer.

925 sterling silver can naturally tarnish. Gold-plated pieces may gradually lose their colour when exposed to salty air or products containing sulphur, such as certain elastic bands and papers.

Avoid contact between your jewellery and household cleaning products, perfumes, creams, water, swimming pools, and seawater, as these elements can accelerate the deterioration of the plating.

When you are not wearing your jewellery, we recommend that you store it in a properly lined box or pouch, such as the one we provide, avoiding humid places.

Clean your AIM pieces regularly with a clean, dry, and soft cloth.

Please also note that skin pH can intensify colour changes in gold-plated pieces.

We provide silver or gold plating renewal services. For more information, please contact us at hello@aimjewellery.pt .
